As long as at least one connection is active, the Internet connection is maintained even if one or several connections suffer connection failure, resulting in a bandwidth equal to the sum of all functional connections at any time. Just like any other internet connection, it will only los the service if all of its connections fail simultaneously. However, unlike other connections, on recovery, the BLC service repairs itself automatically.
With BLC all machines reach the Internet with a single public IP of origin, avoiding the common problems with other technologies that divide balancing Internet access between different connections with different public IP addresses, which in many cases prove incompatible with source services (still maintaining a single connection session). As discussed below, BLC provides other services that improve considerably the quality of your Internet connection, beating the most powerful technologies of today.
In case of failure of a connection, BLC will send an alert via email, however your Internet connection will still work with the available shared bandwidth from the other connections. This process of monitoring and selective use of fully automated lines and the failure of one or more connections will have no effect on your Internet connection apart from a slight reduction of the available bandwidth.
