SECURE SYSTEM CONNECTIONS (VPN) WITH OPENVPN.

OpenVPN uses tunneling technology to transmit data through a process of encrypted encapsulation by default, using SSL technology, which as well as being one of the the most widely used systems nowadays for web and other critical environments, simplifies the problems which have historically been caused by other technologies such as the IPSec protocol.

OpenVPN is secure, packets travel encrypted through a tunnel over public infrastructures (Internet) in such a way that they are practically undecipherable to anybody who intercepts these packets.

This technology is extremely useful in establishing networks that extend over a wide geographical areas, for example different cities or even countries and continents.

The main advantages are:

  • Security: Provides encryption and encapsulation of data in such a way that the packets travel encoded via a tunnel.

  • Costs: Enormous savings in dedicated lines or physical links.

  • Better administration: Each user that connects can have an individual static IP assigned by the Administrator, which provides the user with the ability to print remotely for example. It is also possible to assign dynamic IP addresses as well if it is desired.

  • Ease of use for new users to connect to large corporate networks, and transferring data securely.

Our systems also provide:

  • High levels of security.

  • Avoid problems with routers and NAT redirection of other products.

  • Clients for the most common operating systems such as Windows (starting with XP).

  • Simple to configure and generate keys.

  • High level access control.

  • Possibility of complete management over routes from the server level to individual workstations.

Different types of VPN:

  • Client to Server: A remote user who only needs services or applications that are running on the same VPN server.

  • Client to LAN: A remote user who needs services and applications which are found in one or more machines inside an internal network.

  • LAN to LAN: This system creates the possibility of uniting two intranets over two routers, the VPN server in one of the intranets and the client from the other.

WE CAN ADAPT THIS SYSTEM 100% TO YOUR COMPANY OR BUSINESS NEEDS
